Adult Dragon - Orange
He's looking for a good home!
This bright Dragon is made with solid Orange suede cloth fabric and felt accents with beautiful custom painted Green safety lock eyes.
The dragon stands approximately 11 inches tall, with a wing span of about 15 inches. The body is about 22" long, from nose to the tip of the tail.
Each dragon takes about 8 hours to make, from cutting the cloth to putting in the final stitches. There are 29 pattern pieces in each dragon and many, many steps in putting them together. Note the eyes, each is hand sewn, giving every dragon a different personality. The hands have a wire armature, which allow the arms to bend and the fingers to hold small items.
The legs are jointed, allowing the dragons to stand or sit (and sometimes to dance! - you just never know what they'll get up to in the middle of the night. I don't even ask any more.).
The dragon is signed and dated (KD 23) on the foot. KD for me, 23 for the year the dragon was made.
Made in a smoke-free home.
